In Depth One off Diet/Training/Lifestyle Consultation

This is a one hour meeting. This can be conducted on whatever reasonable platform the client prefers. I usually use Zoom, however i'm open to other viable platforms if the client prefers.

• During the meeting we will discuss the questions and branch off into further discussion as needed.
